Shipping and Delivery Information
Postage within Australia
Items can be delivered by either Standard Delivery or Express Service.
With Standard Delivery, all items will be shipped within two working days. Where this is not possible, we will contact you to advise when the item will be available.The cost of Standard Mail delivery is based on the final price of the item/s purchased:
Up to $15.00 - $4.50 Delivery Charge
$15.00 - $50.00 - $6.50 Delivery Charge
$50.00 & over - $8.50 Delivery Charge
With Express Service, your order will be shipped on the same day provided your order is received before 2pm (excluding weekends and holidays).
Transit times are subject to Australia Post Express Post delivery schedule, please check delivery times for your area before committing to this service.
International

The postage and handling costs are calculated by weight and are based on the cost price charged by Australia Post.
- All orders are shipped using the Registered Post International Service, which must be signed for at the destination.
- This service also includes insurance which will cover the full value of your parcel.
- Please allow 7 - 28 working days for delivery of your order.
For those countries where we cannot insure or track your package we will not take responsibility for it after it has left our dispatch Post Office.
We reserve the right to alter or amend any of the above information at any time without notice.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return within 14 days
from the date of purchase for a full refund less postage costs. We are unable to accept returns of products unless they are in a perfect condition.
